Application process

After viewing a property and deciding to apply to rent it you will be required to provide personal and financial details, ranging from name and address to occupation and salary. We will also be required to obtain employer and landlord/agent reference. The process seeks to establish that in all respects you would be a suitable match for the property.

Tenants contents insurance

Landlords are obliged to insure the building and any fixtures and fittings but it is the tenant’s responsibility to insure the contents and their personal possessions. We can suggest insurers who will offer such cover if required.

As well as paying the rent, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments linked below.

Tenant protection
